You must be 21 or older

You must be at least 21 to use humidor.chat and to buy tobacco products. We verify age before shipping, and an adult 21+ must sign for every delivery. We may cancel any order we can't verify.

Where we sell

We only ship to places where online sales and delivery of cigars are legal. Some states and cities restrict or tax tobacco shipments; we may refuse or cancel orders to those areas. You're responsible for any local taxes or rules that apply to you.

The chat assistant

Our chat assistant suggests products based on what you tell it. Suggestions, tasting notes and pairings are opinions to help you choose, not guarantees. Prices, stock and deals shown in product cards come from our catalog; if a reply ever disagrees with a product card, the product card is correct. Don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Orders, prices and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and deals can change at any time; "Offers of the day" end when shown. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel. We may limit quantities.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for your order, taxes and shipping.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and timing are shown at checkout and in our Help center. Delivery requires an adult signature (21+). Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund; opened or smoked products can't be returned for safety and legal reasons. Damaged orders must be reported within 7 days with a photo. Full details are in our Help center.

Health warning

Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Our products are not safe alternatives to cigarettes. Nothing on humidor.chat is health advice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to get around age verification, no buying on behalf of minors, no reselling where it's prohibited, no scraping or overloading the service, and no attempts to make the chat assistant produce harmful or unlawful content.

Our content

The humidor.chat name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Product names, photos and trademarks belong to their owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and chat are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Governing law
