Who can use humidor.chat
humidor.chat sells tobacco products and is only for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
What we collect
What you type in the chat. Your messages and the assistant's replies are used to answer you and recommend products.
Your cart and conversation on your device. Your cart and your current conversation are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there if you come back. The conversation is kept for 24 hours; choosing New chat clears it right away. This stays on your device — we don't receive it unless you send a message.
Checkout details. When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email, phone number, the items you bought and your delivery choice.
Age verification. We use AgeChecker.Net to confirm you're 21+. Depending on the check, it may ask for your date of birth or identity details; AgeChecker processes these under its own privacy policy and tells us whether verification passed.
Payment. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time) for security and reliability.

- Vercel — hosts the website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, customers or others.
How long we keep it
